Description

• Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers
• Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell products
• Provide technical sales support and assistance to customers
• Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Process customer transactions using the pointofsale (POS) system
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone
• Open and closing responsibilities

• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Strong knowledge of technology products and their features
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet sales targets

• Weekends as needed
