_ Here is what you will be doing each day:_


As our Sales Coordinator, you will be working with our Sales team to represent the organization in a professional manner and ensure consistent high quality customer service is delivered to all guests and prospective clients.

You will support the director and sales managers by maintaining detailed records of all internal and external files, drafting contracts for review, maintaining the CRM database and providing event concierge service to guests onsite.

You will also be responsible for administrative sales and catering/conference planning tasks and providing clerical and administrative support to other executive committee members, as needed.


_ Key knowledge, skills or abilities that are required:_

  • Minimum 1year sales or hospitality administrative work experience.
  • A degree, diploma or certification in sales or marketing is preferred.
  • Ability to work long hours occasionally.


  • Excellent computer skills

  • MS Office, CRM software, and the ability to learn new and customized software programs quickly and efficiently.
  • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation is an asset.
