Tap & Barrel is currently on the hunt to grow our bar leadership team at our soon to be opened Brentwood location.

We are looking for experienced full-time leaders. We are looking for an individual that inspires the team and has a passion for hospitality.

Tap & Barrel Brentwood is located at the Amazing Brentwood mall and features a lively bar and lounge, dining room, and a roof top patio.

Responsible for maintaining all operations and creating positive guest experiences, this person embodies our company's core values and has a passion for leading and developing the team.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Support Tap & Barrel's Core Values
• Oversee and monitor daily restaurant operations, provide assistance when necessary
• Coordinate with management team on production planning and forecasting
• Oversee tracking and recording labour, sales, inventory etc.
• Oversee and improve guest service (greeting, educating, processing transactions)
• Develop business strategies to attract more guests & optimize profitability
• Assist in planning, organizing, marketing, and executing events and parties
• Supervise, manage, and schedule staff (100+ FOH staff)
• Initiate and assist with staff meetings and training as necessary
• Educate guests and staff on beer styles, beer history, and beer flavours
• Educate guests and staff on wine styles, wine history, and wine flavours
• Hiring/Recruitment and training of Tap & Barrel staff
• Deal with all issues that may arise from staff and/or guests

A minimum 3 years of management experience in restaurants and hospitality is a requirement. We are looking for an experienced individual with a goal to grow in leadership within our company.

Salary:
$55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Experience:
