Your Role and Responsibilities

_ Job Purpose:
_


Working within the Marwood operational systems, and procedures, the Scope of the Business Unit Specialist is to support the activities of the Program & Business Unit department with administration and clerical work.


This Administrative Assistant position will be required to perform an array of administrative duties including secretarial for members of the Business Unit team along with providing clerical / administrative work and general assistance.

The position is also accountable for drafting, editing time-sensitive correspondence sent by the management team.


_ Responsibilities:
_


  • Provide administrative support to Business / Program Management teams:
  • ECN management support
  • Metrix support
  • Quote Summary, and Gate Presentation documentation support
  • Asset Tag, and Asset Management support
  • Data enter for customer requirements
  • Quote package summaries
  • Program Binder updates and Maintenance
  • Assist in Developmental, and Trial request
  • Support BUM in summary of quote packages
  • Support / Coordinate customer/suppler visits (schedule room booking, travel schedule, and lunches for onsite lunches).
  • Interact with different departments within the organization.
  • Review and prepare all documents, reports and other correspondence materials for the management team.
  • Coordinate office activities.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Assist with report and presentation preparation.
  • Maintain a professional image and demeanor with all employees, management, executives and visitors at all times.
  • Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels and place orders as required.
  • Records organization and management.
  • Assets for this role must be discrete and uphold confidentiality, willing and helpful attitude as the scope of work will be allencompassing.
  • Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.

_ Key Requirements__:
_**- Post-secondary education on business administration, or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience required.

  • Excellent computer, organization planning, communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Knowledge of business processes and databases
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products.
