    Job title: Agile Delivery Lead

    Description

    Agile Transformation Specialist


    This role will be instrumental in driving the organization's transformation agenda through effective implementation of a continuous delivery framework. The Agile Delivery Lead will work closely with various departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives, leveraging strategic initiatives to drive growth.



    Key Responsibilities



    • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

    • Provide timely feedback to maintain delivery momentum and address issues proactively.

    • Facilitate Agile events and processes, offering support to teams as needed.

    • Lead the implementation of the continuous delivery framework, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.

    • Coordinate quarterly planning cycles, guaranteeing alignment with business and IT objectives.



    Required Qualifications



    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Advanced certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist).



    Preferred Qualifications



    • Proven ability to lead quarterly planning cycles, driving results-oriented outcomes.

    • Knowledge of Planview and its applications in the financial services sector.

    • Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.

    • Strong understanding of financial services technology, including systems and infrastructure.

    • Experience working in multinational, complex matrix-based organizations, with a demonstrated ability to navigate diverse environments.

    Salary Range: Toronto, Ontario


    $94,220.00 CAD - $174,980.00 CAD per annum, depending on local market conditions and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.

    Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
