Description

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager under the direction of the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor you will be responsible for the well-organized and smooth preparation, documentation, and handling of incoming and outgoing parts and materials.

You will also be managing all shipments between Europe and NAM. You will also help to receive and pick parts for the warehouse.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for packing and preparing all goods for LTL and small parcel shipments,
  • Prepare all documents required for both import and export i

commercial invoice, USMCA/ CUSMA, CERS/B13,

  • Track all shipments coming from Europe, and make sure that they are delivered properly.
  • Handle all custom related inquires,
  • Prepare shipping quotes,
  • Package and prepare customer products and crates as required for safe shipping, load and unload trucks,
  • Receive and inspect inventory replenishment shipments from Canada, confirm vendor supplied components for customers' orders, and report any inventory discrepancies, including shortages and damage,
  • Maintain inventory quantities, reports, and records, including annual physical inventory count participation,
  • Keep record of shipping documents,
  • Actively promote safe working practices, follow good warehouse practices, and participate in continuous improvement,
  • Keep a safe and clean work environment by complying with policies, procedures and regulations,
  • Ensure that tools, equipment work areas are maintained in a clean, complete and safe condition,
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Valid forklift operating certificate an asset,
  • Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment an asset,
  • Experience working MRP or ERP system an asset,
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook,
  • Must meet all Health and Safety standards and lift a minimum of 20kg,
  • Must possess a valid driver's license,
  • Experience is required (at least 5 years) similar role.

Salary:
$60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
