The firm has ambitious growth plans and is looking for a motivated business development officer to develop and implement growth strategies for the achievement of revenue goals.


Overview


Through the guidance of the President, you will be focused on developing new business for the firm and contacting and meeting with prospect clients to achieve your personal sales targets.

You should have a strong hunter and sales mentality, be motivated by success and financial gain, and will also be energetic, articulate, persistent and able to communicate effectively with proven verbal and written skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze current and past financial data, such as sales reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
  • Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with President to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
  • Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients
  • Prepare the company sales and marketing budget and continually track expenses, as well as make sure we're on track to hit revenue targets.
  • Develop and deliver pitches for potential investors.
  • Carryout business development in order to increase client base.
  • Maintenance of the corporate website and leveraging it to generate leads
  • Coordinate, prepare and conduct seminars and play an active role in organizing tax and financial planning shows or other promotional activities.
  • Identify and implement business strategies, recognize market opportunities and target products and services that meet clients' needs.
  • Keep track of the competition.
  • Manage and help develop CRM platform
  • Act as a resource person and take part in the team's development related to products and services.
  • Participate in the development and drafting of communications and prepare news releases via the Website and Internet.
  • Set up and execute programs related to call prospecting
  • Maintain firm's social media assets, including maintenance, planning and implementing sales campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads
  • Carryout and manage any other mandates related to client needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or sales management, commerce or a related discipline.
  • More than three years' experience in a sales, marketing or customer service capacity in an accounting or consulting firm environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of products and services in the field.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B experience, and a strong client service background

Salary:
Up to $60,000.00 per year
