Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Take customer orders and process payments accurately
  • Prepare and serve food items according to company standards
  • Ensure food safety and proper handling of ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
  • Assist with food preparation as needed
  • Upsell additional items or promotions to customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues

Skills:


  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred
  • Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
  • Proficient in basic math for calculating orders and totals
  • Effective time management skills to ensure efficient service

Job Types:

Pay:
$16.75-$18.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
