Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team.
The Quality Assurance Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability and consistency of our vocational assessment and rehabilitation services.
The position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of vocational assessment reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for proofreading vocational reports for continuity, consistency, accuracy, and spelling.
- Collaborate with vocational rehabilitation counsellors, assessors and other team members to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist clinical staff on formulation of recommendations, utilization of report templates/ standardized formats
- Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, and implement actions as needed to address concerns and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records utilizing webbased tracking systems to monitor timelines, due dates and reporting expectations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant healthcare domain (i.e., Psychology, Social Work, or a related field)
- Previous experience in vocational assessment, rehabilitation or related field is a strong asset
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn and navigate new systems
- Bilingual in French is a strong asset
