Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team.

The Quality Assurance Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability and consistency of our vocational assessment and rehabilitation services.

The position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular audits and reviews of vocational assessment reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for proofreading vocational reports for continuity, consistency, accuracy, and spelling.
Collaborate with vocational rehabilitation counsellors, assessors and other team members to identify areas for improvement.
Assist clinical staff on formulation of recommendations, utilization of report templates/ standardized formats
Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, and implement actions as needed to address concerns and improve service delivery.
Maintain accurate records utilizing webbased tracking systems to monitor timelines, due dates and reporting expectations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in relevant healthcare domain (i.e., Psychology, Social Work, or a related field)
Previous experience in vocational assessment, rehabilitation or related field is a strong asset
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn and navigate new systems
Bilingual in French is a strong asset
