The Role:
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy to manage and nurture and expand relationships with technology partners in the VoIP industry.
- Collaborate closely with partner organizations to drive joint business initiatives, coselling opportunities, and gotomarket strategies.
- Identify and onboard new technology partners aligned with our strategic objectives, leveraging market insights and industry trends
- Understand the partner organizations, decision makers, influencers and contacts to build and drive the integration and partnership within your region.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and collaboration opportunities, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to align partner activities with business objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews with technology partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Provide ongoing training, support, and enablement resources to partner sales teams to promote our solutions effectively.
- Stay abreast of market developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the UC ecosystem, providing strategic insights and recommendations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven track record of success in partner sales, alliance management, or business development within the technology sector.
- Extensive experience in the VoIP industry and a deep understanding of Unified Communications (UC) solutions.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partner engagements and coselling initiatives.
- Previous experience working at a UC provider
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and adaptable to a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
Salary:
$120,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
