The focus of your role


Capgemini is seeking a Project Administrator who is a team player with excellent analytical skills to become a key contributor in the successful delivery of projects to Capgemini's clients.


Responsibilities:

Assist Project Managers with initiation and closure of projects, including preparation of project documentation packages

Provide support for financial tracking of projects, including project expenses and customer invoices, and ensure accurate data and timely reporting on project performance to the engineering organization and global management team

Support engineering team's compliance with global reporting requirements

Implement process improvement initiatives to increase the effectiveness of the engineering organization

Maintain minutes for various project meetings

Support various key activities around employee on-boarding and training


Requirements:
University degree (BA or BS)

0-2+ years of project administrative experience

Previous experience independently organizing, coordinating, and interacting with geographically diverse teams

Proficient in the use of basic PC-based computer systems (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Proficient in the use of advanced Excel functions

Understanding of basic accounting principles (or willingness to learn)

Ability to work well with supervisors, project managers, and other engineers in a highly motivated team environment

Excellent communication skills (writing, presentation, negotiation, facilitation)
