We are a Process Serving company who offer various litigation support services throughout the GTA.


Job description
We are looking for a part time Process Server to serve legal documents as needed.

$30 an hour being paid as a contractor using your own gas and vehicle with a 3 hour minimum per night. We will also pay out a bonus of $5 per job completed pursuant to the applicable rules. You will be asked to provide us an invoice for your hours worked.

Some degree of regular hours with the possibility of more depending on workload and success. Interesting part time job with fair compensation.

We are currently looking for someone to work every Tuesday and Thursday with the possibility of weekends if the work is there.

18+ as swearing Affidavits confirming delivery is a requirement.

Must be able to pass a Criminal Record check and provide us a clear CPIC.

Experience in the sector is preferred but not vital.

Salary:
From $30.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed

• Process Servers are asked to drive around and outside the GTA. Although we will try to group them as close together in one run as we can, are you comfortable with driving that much?

• For tax purposes, we will generate a T4A at the end of the year stating payments made to you. For that purpose, we will need a copy of your valid driver's license and SIN information. Do you understand and are you willing to provide before starting?
