- This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new products and oversee pricing systems for different divisions and retail partners.
- Collaborate proactively with Product Marketing Managers to submit Annual Plan requirements for upcoming models.
- Oversee project timelines for new product launches, ensuring launch dates are met and verifying that milestones are captured within our NPI tracking tool.
- Validate product specifications and key features while ensuring accurate completion and publication of product images, translations, and critical codes.
- Serve as the primary contact for new product launch discussions with PD and Marketing teams, facilitating the submission of essential assets such as packaging artwork and user manuals.
- Collaborate with the Pricing team to develop and maintain current price lists.
- Provide support for system maintenance to facilitate Purchase Orders and Production Requests by generating required documentation and records.
- Assist Supply Chain and Product Managers in troubleshooting and addressing issues related to Purchase Orders, production, and logistics.
- Support Product Managers with preparation for Product Line Reviews (PLRs) by performing in-store assortment audits and analyzing retailer line logic.
- Oversee the sample management process for new SKUs, coordinating logistics for sample delivery to Innovation Centers or retailer warehouses.
- Support Product Managers throughout the quotation submission process, including Value Chain reviews.
- Offer suggestions to improve processes, develop tools, or automate operations for timely product launches.
- Support the digitalization team with data tasks to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
- PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- PREFERRED: 1–2 years of experience in sales analyst, product manager assistant, or sales operations positions within the consumer goods sector.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal collaboration skills.
- PREFERRED: Familiarity with retail operations, supply chain, sales, or finance business processes is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and critical thinking.
