FULL-TIME - MAINTENANCE POSITION
(40 hrs)

Janitorial & Maintenance is looking for
Full-Time Maintenance for the Burlington and area.
We are seeking a skilled
Maintenance & Repair Worker to perform & upkeep tasks, minor repairs, and building maintenance. You must be reliable, can work independently, and own a vehicle.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Basic repairs throughout condo/apartments.
- Overseeing & greeting contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and making proper decisions to have them corrected.
- Performing minor fixes throughout buildings.
- Checking control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues (no electrical necessary).
- Check functionality & maintenance of safety systems.
- Report to facility managers any maintenance issues needing professional repairs.
Requirements:
- Experience in maintenance & repair areas.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systems.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read technical manuals.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Physical stamina and dexterity.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A vehicle is a must.
