You as a Project Coordinator will:

Support Project team in all administrative functions and support the on-site project accountant
Support the Project Managers in providing peer reviews of client reports and creating reports based on information collected from sites
Compile reports ensuring uniformity with EllisDon's expectations
Answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
Book and coordinate meetings and create and distribute meeting minutes
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, resource room schedules, various spreadsheets and training materials
Coordinate and organize travel arrangements, events, meetings and office moves

Is this the right role for you?

You have one to three years of Project Coordination/Administrative experience in the Construction or Restoration Industry
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
You have gained experience working in a construction site environment and understand the construction process
You have the ability to quickly develop working relationships with a broad range of individuals, both internally and externally
An interest and knowledge of the restoration and construction Industry is considered an asset
Proficiency in construction and restoration terminology is considered an asset
