As the Sales Support Coordinator, your role is pivotal in championing exceptional customer service and sales support. You'll play a crucial part in maintaining operational excellence and achieving sales targets.


Your dynamic role involves collaborating with the regional sales team, preparing quotes, managing contracts, overseeing inventory reports, and efficiently administering costs, purchases, and services.


Building and nurturing trust-based relationships with customers is second nature to you, ensuring prompt and informative updates on dispatched products and orders while facilitating expedited deliveries as needed.


A master of multitasking, you ensure the seamless and accurate processing of quotes, sales and purchase orders, and other customer requests, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction and sales optimization.


Your acute attention to detail and stellar customer service skills enable proactive solutions, engaging with key stakeholders like the Sales Manager, Regional Sales Team, and Supply Chain (Order fulfillment, Logistics, Warehouse).


Key Technical Requirements:


  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
  • Required proficiency in the Microsoft suite and robust computer skills.
  • Background in Manufacturing, Industrial, Foundry, or Mining sectors is desirable.
  • Proven familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
