The Inventory Specialist is responsible for purchasing and managing their own region's materials and supplies over the course of the summer.

They will track any and all new supplies that are needed to run day-to-day operations and assist the regional manager in any way they can.

They will be present both on-site at camp and will travel, with weekly gas consideration, to various stores and storage facilities over the course of the week.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Purchasing all materials for their location prior to camp
  • Packing up and unloading the Uhaul on _Move In and Move Out_ day
  • Handling and tracking all supplies on a daytoday basis, grouping materials and storage for daily uses based on
  • Driving to stores and purchasing required supplies/materials
  • Constant communication with the Location Directors and Regional Manager
  • Writing expense reports

Requirements:


  • Applicants must hold a valid drivers license and have reliable access to a vehicle

Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal

Part-time hours: 30-40 per week


Salary:
$15.50-$16.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
