The incumbent will be responsible to maintain and care for the grounds, buildings and equipment of the facilities.
Maintains the buildings and grounds in a good condition and appearance. Ensures driveways are clear of snow at all times. Performs ground keeping duties necessary to keep facility grounds attractive.
Maintains machinery in proper working order. Carries out preventative maintenance program on mechanical and electrical equipment as assigned.
