What You'll Be Doing


As a key member of the Corporate CFO and Enterprise Efficiency Team, the Director, Financial Analytics is accountable for the design and creation a consolidated view of Strategic Initiative Portfolio and analysis of investment, benefits and returns against targets.

Identification of areas of risk and potential roadblocks, providing robust analytics and visualization of results for use by EXCO, Enterprise Strategy and SBU/Functional group is a key area of responsibility.

As an Analytics Leader you will deliver insights powered by data to uncover opportunities, support better and quicker decision guiding accurate fact-based actions that will help change the game by providing initiative level insights that will enable us to be proactive and drive value for CIBC.

Proficiency in Alteryx and Tableau and advanced excel and PowerPoint is essential to your success.

How You'll Succeed- Strategic Planning - Providing strategic planning, advice, guidance and management of initiatives in support of Strategic Initiatives- Data and Insights - Responsible to provide analytics support through the creation of portfolio analytics tools, oversee the data usage and analytics of the and communicate insights to SVP Corporate CFO & Enterprise Efficiency, Enterprise Strategy and enable EXCO reporting- Collaboration - Actively collaborate within the CFO team to integrate SGI financial reporting into overall financial reporting and insights, bring insights to uncover opportunities, support better and quicker decision guiding accurate fact-based actions and work closely with CFO groups, EPO and Enterprise Strategy integrate into overall financial planning and reporting for the Bank.
