    For full-time employees:

    The incumbent must coordinate various activities such as correspondence, calls and complaints related to e-commerce and stores.
    The incumbent must be available to work a full-time schedule (37.Monday to Friday, and must also be available on weekends during the day from 8:30 a.m. Our Customer Service Representatives must be passionate about selling and delivering an exceptional customer experience;

    Maintain good communication between store operations, distribution center and customer service department;
    1 to 3 years experience in customer service;
    ~ Fluently bilingual in English and French, spoken and written (Customer support for the Canadian market);
    ~ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite;
