Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries
- Utilize customer database to provide updates: order confirmation and acceptance, bookings, dispatch advice, finalizing orders
- Data entry: enter orders and maintain order spreadsheet
- Create estimates, invoices and packing slips; invoice customers
- Other duties and responsibilities as required
Skills and Behaviour:
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Fluent in English
- Attention to detail; high level of accuracy; manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment; maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and customers
- Positive attitude; strong work ethic; desire to achieve goals; selfmotivated
- Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and create resolution
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft
- Excel); comfortable with databases
Education and Experience:
- Post secondary education in Business or Administration
- Minimum 1 year in a similar role
