Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve customer inquiries
Utilize customer database to provide updates: order confirmation and acceptance, bookings, dispatch advice, finalizing orders
Data entry: enter orders and maintain order spreadsheet
Create estimates, invoices and packing slips; invoice customers
Other duties and responsibilities as required

Skills and Behaviour:

Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Fluent in English
Attention to detail; high level of accuracy; manage priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to work both individually and in a team environment; maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and customers
Positive attitude; strong work ethic; desire to achieve goals; selfmotivated
Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and create resolution
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft
Excel); comfortable with databases

Education and Experience:

Post secondary education in Business or Administration
Minimum 1 year in a similar role

Must have Supply Chain management and distribution experience, supporting retail

$45,000.00 per year
