Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries
  • Utilize customer database to provide updates: order confirmation and acceptance, bookings, dispatch advice, finalizing orders
  • Data entry: enter orders and maintain order spreadsheet
  • Create estimates, invoices and packing slips; invoice customers
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required

Skills and Behaviour:


  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Fluent in English
  • Attention to detail; high level of accuracy; manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment; maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Positive attitude; strong work ethic; desire to achieve goals; selfmotivated
  • Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and create resolution
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft
  • Excel); comfortable with databases

Education and Experience:


  • Post secondary education in Business or Administration
  • Minimum 1 year in a similar role

Must have Supply Chain management and distribution experience, supporting retail


Job Types:

Salary:
$45,000.00 per year
