The Monitor Coordinator will recruit train and oversee student monitors in preparation for during and after OCAD University's annual Graduate Exhibition GradEx Administration tasks include organizing call for student monitors distributing new hire documents maintaining administrative support materials ensuring timesheets are submitted on time event support includes attending training overseeing student monitors coordinating lunch deliveries supporting setup tear down purchasing supplies ensuring superior customer service other tasks as required to support the Monitor LeadQualifications recent graduate senior OCAD University student experience working in events management communications familiarity with Toronto art design communities planning organizational skills Microsoft Office applications excellent oral written communication interpersonal skills flexibility to work weekends evenings demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands meet deadlines work as member of team demonstrated commitment equity diversity promoting respectful work learning environment
