Immigration Assistant
Calgary -based immigration firm is looking to hire an Immigration Assistant with responsibilities set out below.


Job Requirements

• Six months to 1 year of relevant work experience working/assisting in the Immigration industry, completion of a Diploma course (Immigration Assistant / Legal Assistant) is preferred
• Detail-oriented, quick learner, organized, self-motivated, and excellent customer service skill
• Strong sense of responsibility, Strong time concept, teamwork, honesty, and trustworthiness
• Fluent in English and Urdu/Hindi
• Proficient in computer software including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat

Immigration Assistant job responsibilities:

• File management, data compiling, and client information recording
• Other office administration work as assigned
• Preparing and providing contracts and agreements for your services.

Salary & Benefits:

High Hourly Pay + Case Bonus + Team and Personal Bonus + Vacation Pay
Starting salary will be determined upon the interview.
