Construction Management InternshipMain Accountabilities:
Actively participating and contributing to a culture of Zero Harm Gain an understanding of Construction Safety, Project Delivery Process, Construction Methods, Engineering Processes, and Control Management Processes by working with a diverse group of cross-functional leaders.
Develop skills in communication by working with a diverse team with various levels of language ability, educational levels, and experiences Learn the importance of interpreting and constructing per design standards and honoring processes to govern this effort Grow in understanding leaderships core values and its impact in creating a safe and compliant site by implementing safety and environmental regulations in line with company policies Identify gaps, energize collaboration of teams, and seek solutions to mitigate risks Identifying and escalating barriers to safe, on time, and quality construction EnvironmentWith comprehensive learning resources at your disposal, you can take your learning in any direction. As employees, interns receive access to volunteer and community outreach opportunities.
Throughout the internship, interns and co-ops are invited to participate in events that will give exposure to leadership, provide development opportunities, and offer the ability to network with cross-functional interns/co-ops across Canada.
Internship DetailsInternships are paid and are at least 16 weeks in duration. Interns are paid hourly for time worked. Interns are responsible for transportation to and from work.
Interns who demonstrate outstanding performance and a curiosity to learn more may be offered an internship, co-op or full-time position to return the following year.

Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction Management Able to complete a 16-week internship May - August 2024 Possess a valid Canadian Full Class 5 Driver's License in good standing, authorizing you to drive independently during the course of your employment.
