- Review and release open sales orders
- Provide general administrative assistance to the A/R Team
- Email follow up to customers for invoice payments
- Prepare Shipment Release Approvals
- Research Company Financials
- Apply payments in internal billing system
- Prepare Pro-Forma and specialized invoices
- Other duties as required
- Diploma in accounting/business administrative program
- Previous experience in a similar position is an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with AS400 would be an asset but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving ability, time management skills and interpersonal skills
