Job Summary:
The Coordinator of Culture,Equity, and Belonging supports the implementation
of equity, diversity,inclusion,belonging (EDIB),
anti-racism,human rights,culturally responsive practices.
Responsibilities:
- Review organizational policies to identify opportunities for embedding EDIB principles
- Assist in the design and facilitation of EDIB learning experiences
- Develop internal communications materials related to equity,discuss trauma-informed approaches
