A Day in the Life
Work closely with Project Manager coordinating project schedules, materials, and equipment.
Organize and coordinate submittals
Reviewing and monitoring schedules and quality control
Reviewing all contracts and accepted quotations
Writing up Purchase Orders
Preparing material order sheets, Reviewing quantity take offs
Attending team meetings
Assisting Production with preparing prices for extras or credits

What We Are Seeking
Recent graduate of a Construction or Engineering & Technologies program or a related educational field, or have a minimum of 1 year work experience in a construction environment
Proficiency in Bluebeam and MS office package, including MS Project
Knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD is an asset
Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and decisionmaking abilities
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
Strong blueprint reading skills
