- Respond to technical support requests (remote and in person)
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software used in the company
- Support employees in configuring their mobile devices
- Prioritize and document issues in the Jira ticketing system
- Promote compliance with cybersecurity policies and process automation
- Create user manuals and participate in technical training of employees
- Be at the heart of an IT team of around ten people (Tech., Admin., Architect, Director, VP IT)
- Work in a DELL hyperconverged infrastructure, mainly on Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, Fortinet/FortiGate/FortiSwitch
- 2+ years of experience as a Computer Technician, including at least 1 year in Quebec
- Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 environment
- Hold a valid driving license (class 5) and be open to occasional travel to Quebec
- Professional experience with a ticketing system, ideally Jira
- Knowledge of PowerShell / Power Automate automation (asset)
- Experience in technical support on mobile devices (cellular and/or tablets, iOS and/or Android)
- Good knowledge of networking (IP, VLAN, subnets, routers, switches, etc.)
- Knowledge of Fortinet/FortiGate/FortiSwitch (assets)
- Strong mutual aid skills, collaborative spirit, and proactivity
- AEC or DEC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
