    BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER - Dartmouth

    We are the largest company in Atlantic Canada dedicated exclusively to material handling equipment; we have been providing our customers with high quality equipment, rentals, parts, and service since 1993. With branches located in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, we are looking for a Business Process Manager in our Dartmouth Branch to join our growing team.

    As a Business Process Manager, you will:

    • Review current processes, analyzing and completing deep dives on their effectiveness.
    • Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for our existing business processes.
    • Determine document requirements.
    • Write SOP's, and work instructions for all areas of the business.
    • Partner with all departments to improve processes and best practices.
    • Initiate and maintain positive relationships with all business units.
    • Conduct efficiency audits on all processes.
    • Serve as a leader of change management, identifying key opportunities and gaps in core business processes and systems.
    • Drive the development and implementation of cost improvements plans consistent with and in support of the strategic plan.
    • Implement best practices and acts as a strategic advisor to drive continuous systems and process improvements.

    Skill Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Administration, or similar field.
    • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP).
    • 5+ years' experience in a Technical Sales and Service industry would be considered an asset.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within other departments.
    • Knowledge of quality control policies.
