Generations Cleaning is a growing company that services a wide range of commercial customers such as; Large Retail Stores, Condominiums, Co-Op's, Apartment Buildings, Offices, Medical Facilities, Industrial, Manufacturing.
We are looking for a Part-Time Building Superintendent/Handyman for a beautiful condo in the Port of Newcastle. Our team is looking for an individual who has a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor and who is hard-working.Part Time Superintendent
Shift: 9:00am-2:00pm, Monday-Friday
25 Hours/week
Responsibilities:
- Suite inspections.
- Inspecting hallways.
- Changing light bulbs.
- Picking up any litter, interior and exterior.
- Garbage room maintenance.
- Garbage and recycle removal.
- Tenant requests (dishwasher, faucet and plumbing requests).
- Sliding door installation.
- Paint touchups.
Requirements:
- Juniorlevel repairs required
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary:
$20.00 per hour
