Position:
Technical Specification Manager

Pay Rate:

What will you do?

Comply with all company Health and Safety policies and procedures
Lead all activities within Quality Assurance to comply with all local and federal regulations
Provide leadership, guidance and oversight of the Quality Assurance Department to ensure all policies and procedures are followed
Working closely with employees, and external customers to ensure the production of products in a safe, accurate and timely manner to meet customer product demand
Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, product development, customer specifications, safety and all audits
Provide leadership for problem resolution in all areas to facilitate improvements
Improve working relationships to foster nonbiased, fair and respectful environment
Execute and follow through on assigned actions developed from Management meetings
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information and evaluating requirements

What do you have?

Having a background in roofing materials is required
Background in tapered insulation and estimating is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to solve business and customer related issues
Experience of working in a targetdriven environment
Driven and selfmotivated
A positive, cando attitude and a willingness to improve themselves with their team, whilst growing with the business
