The Housing Case Manager is a member of a multidisciplinary team in the housing program. There will be an emphasis on skill development for independent living in areas such as financial literacy, employment, and connection to long-term/post program community based-supports such as mental and physical health, social and recreational programs, cultural supports, and others.
