Responsibilities:
As our Network Technician, you will be responsible for:

Collaborating with peers to execute daily operations and special projects
Updating and maintaining network equipment
Maintaining and resolving issues on LAN/WAN, VPN remote connectivity, VoIP telephone, and AV system connections
Ensuring desktop and laptop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems
Coordinating with vendors to resolve technical problems with network equipment and software
Maintaining records of client's information systems and ensuring compliance at all levels within project teams
Sharing knowledge, discoveries, ideas, challenges, and solutions with peers, managers, and executives
Support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate networks and in house servers

Qualifications:

Qualifications required:

University degree or diploma in computer science, information systems or a related field, and typically 5 or more years of related experience; or combination of formal education and experience.
Demonstrated ability to identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
Expertise in a Windows Server environment
In depth knowledge of VMWare vCenter required
Ability to evaluate and install computer hardware, network software, and operating system software
Excellent attentiontodetail and ability to stay organized in a fastpaced environment
Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching
Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure
General hours are Monday to Friday 7:00AM to 4:00PM, however provide assistance after hours and on weekends as required.
