DutiesAs Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations.
- dispatching orders,
- driver staffing,
- route management,
- various office tasks,
- filling in driving when drivers are sick or are on vacation,
- supervising the couriers, providing training as needed.
- scheduling vehicle maintenance
Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required
Job Types:

$50,000.00 per year
