This is an exciting opportunity to provide quality patient care at the Willow Creek Continuing Care Centre (Long Term Care setting). As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you are part of an interprofessional health care team utilizing nursing processes, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills.Responsibilities
- Assesses plans implements and evaluates care of patients/clients.
- Directs provides resident care supervises and schedules staff as necessary.
- Collaborates with families residents Registered Nurses RNs members of interdisciplinary team to meet needs more complex patients/clients.
