The Action Group is currently seeking a Program Manager to provide the day-to-day direction of programs and services; including assisting in developing policies, procedures and systems to ensure effective services are in place.
Requirements:
- Post secondary degree in Human Services or related field.
- Organizational business knowledge and skill.
- 5 years supervisory experience.
- Understanding of PDD and FSCD programs
- Valid driver's license/reliable transportation
- Clean criminal record check
- Clean child intervention record check
- Qualifications:
- Strong focus on service delivery and concepts.
- Demonstrated knowledge of complex behaviors.
- Flexible
- Highly organized
- Excellent time management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
What we can offer:
- $33.00 starting wage
- Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM Lacombe office flexible based on program needs
- Company benefit plan after 6 months
- RRSP after 2 years
- 3 weeks vacation
Pay:
From $33.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Lacombe, AB T4L 2K6
