Position Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Production Supervisor oversees the filling department.

This position is responsible for ultimately delivering finished goods to be shipped to clients that meet performance, quality, and time expectations.

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

Work closely with the planning department to establish production schedule
Ensure prior to starting any work that all information is clear, and materials are readily available to maximize productivity.
Oversee final quality, performance, and ontime delivery.
Request materials, and consumables as required before starting a job.
Lead daily/weekly/ monthly meetings with the team, ensuring optimal coordination and clear communication.
Establish and manage manufacturing procedures and processes, ensuring they are respected and executed diligently.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing manager position.
Certificate in Lean principles.
Must have experience using an EPR system, preferably Netsuite.
Knowledge of mixing/filling machines is an asset.
Proven track record of leadership skills.
High autonomy, initiative and drive, analytical and synthesis skills, punctuality, empathy, and sense of responsibility.
Ability to learn and remain calm and focused under pressure.
Excellent communication skills oral and written, English and French.
Organized, selfdisciplined and professional in demeanor.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to manage stress and adjust to changing priorities.
