1-Provide exemplary customer service to all individuals by demonstrating a willingness to be attentive, understanding, responsive, fair, courteous and respectful, and to actively participate in maintaining a positive customer service environment.

Assists management in covering and running shifts

2- Assists with scheduling to ensure that all shifts are covered

3- Complies with delivery schedules; accurately, timely, and efficiently processes deliveries

4- Follows all security and safety procedures established by the Company and Branch

5- Assumes responsibility for effective communication, coordination, and working relationships between associates and management

6- Formulates procedures for emergency response in event of aircraft or related emergencies.

7-Prepares and maintains operations, security, and emergency procedures manuals. Manage airport security program

8-Develops work schedules and assigns work to subordinates; monitors workflow and evaluates work products, methods, and procedures.

9- Review proposed plans for on and off airport development. Ensure compatibility with long term airport master planning and use.

10- Directs any required snow removal operations to ensure safe and efficient operations


11- Inspects or reviews inspection reports of airport facilities such as runways, buildings, beacons and lighting, and automotive or construction equipment to determine repairs, replacement, or improvements required.

12- Manages the airport NOTAM program.


13- Assists in the preparation of the annual budget and work plan; prepares and submits for review the budget for the Operations and Maintenance Section; submits cost estimates and justification for capital and purchases equipment; authorizes and monitors maintenance and operations-related expenditures.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience) is an asset
  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Solid understanding of financial management principles
  • Proficient in using technology and software systems for operations management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Aviation experience is an asset

Salary:
$40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
