We are a leading North American insurance brokerage that advises businesses and individuals on how to reach their goals. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with the Vice President of Sales in the region, the Associate Vice President of Operations for our South BC Region is responsible for leading retail branch operations across the Fraser Valley.- Meet financial P&L objectives: Develop budgets, manage compensation, and control operating expenses.
- Drive sales results: Execute business plans for revenue growth, new business generation, cross-sell opportunities, and client retention.
