Junior Invoicing Specialist - Toronto, Canada - PROLINK
Description
In the Junior Invoicing Specialist role, your primary duty will be to invoice PROLINK's personal insurance policies, eporting to the Director of Broker Productivity and Education.
As the role develops, your responsibilities may include providing invoicing support to PROLINK's commercial departments.Responsibilities:
- Invoice new business and renewal insurance policies, policy changes, reconciliations, and cancellations;
- Collaborate with Invoicing Specialists on policyrelated administrative tasks;
- Assist with special projects as needed, including updating documentation and preparing reports.

Education: Completion of post-secondary education.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of invoicing experience or related roles in an insurance brokerage or insurance company is strongly preferred.
Exposure to underwriting is not required.-
Skills:The ability to multi-task in a high transaction volume environment. Prioritization skills, with an aptitude for numbers and an eye for detail.

Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word).

Attitude:A positive attitude with the flexibility to support the team with any ad-hoc needs.
