- Maintaining project documentation as required
- Project administration and document management
- Issuing subcontract and purchase orders
- Preparing payment claims
- Reviewing and certifying sub trade accounts
- Prepare trade contract final accounts
- Review shop drawing and submittals
- Manage submittal process What you bring:
- Diploma or equivalent in Construction Related Field
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel or equivalent
- Proficient in Project Management software such as Procore
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment managing own workload - Committed team player.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the commercial construction sector Salary: $50,000 to $65,000 per year
