At Sandvik Mining we're looking for a Process Expert Ground Support Division to strengthen our global team. Location: flexible, in one of our entities.
As a Process Expert, you will be the key interface between our functional departments and IT, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and technologically supported.

What you will be doing:
- Engage with Purchasing, Sales, Finance, Operations and other departments to understand business needs and process requirements.
- Analyse, structure, and document functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for IT (e.g., user stories, requirement sheets, functional specifications).
- Map and optimize end-to-end processes (AS‑IS / TO‑BE).
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Integrate internal controls into processes (e.g., approval flows, SoD, audit trails).
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Act as the main liaison between business and IT for ERP enhancements and system changes.
- Participate in testing activities (SIT, UAT) and support rollouts and change management.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and support knowledge sharing and onboarding.
What we are looking for:
- A degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems or similar.
- Minimum 5–7 years in ERP-driven process roles, process management, functional consulting, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Purchasing, Sales, and Finance processes.
- Experience writing functional specifications and conducting process workshops.
- Knowledge of internal controls, compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor — ideally Business Central.
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into structured, technical requirements.
- Strong process modelling skills (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams globally.
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong English skills, additional languages are an advantage.
- International travel availability.
