Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Parts Sales Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our company.

Duties:

Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
Work with customers and mechanics to fill parts requirements
Prepare invoices for all over the counter sales, and house requisitions for all parts that are issued to the shops.
Work with outside salesmen to fill the customer's parts requirements in order to obtain maximum customer satisfaction.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
Prepare information for the Parts Manager on parts which may be required for inventory.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customerfacing role is preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Knowledge of heavy duty equipment parts experience an asset
Operate forklift, pallet jacks indoor and outdoor environment
Ability to learn and adapt to multiple data, information and lookup systems used by different vendors
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay:
$45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
