***We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic professionals who excel in fast paced environments to work on a business-to-business program.


Working in the call center you will be responsible for making outbound calls to financial institutions and scheduling follow-up appointments with financial advisors.

This is an appointment setting program where no selling is required

This position is located in our Scarborough office in the Markham Rd. and Hwy 401 neighborhood on Milner Ave.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


  • Handle continuous telephone calls and schedule appointments.
  • Work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Consistently meet established program key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Attend and actively participate in all required training programs

KEY ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:


  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Prior customer service experience is an asset
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
  • Effective listening skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Satisfactory criminal and credit record check

COMPENSATION:

$17.00 CAD/hr
