We are hiring experienced freelance developers or development agencies who have successfully delivered websites for U.S. government organizations or U.S.-based non-profits.

An individual freelancer with direct hands-on implementation experience OR A small-to-mid size agency with proven delivery history Key Responsibilities

Build, modernize, or maintain responsive websites Implement accessible UI components Work from design files or existing site architecture Integrate CMS platforms and external APIs Optimize performance and technical SEO Collaborate with U.S.-based teams asynchronously Provide clear documentation when required Required Experience You must have shipped production work for at least one of the following: U.S. Government websites (federal, state, county, or city) U.S.-based Non-Profit organization websites Strong preference for experience with WCAG 2.1+ accessibility standards Section 508 compliance Security-first development practices CMS-driven or structured content websites Technical Stack (One or More) React WordPress Drupal Tailwind Modern CSS API integrations Bonus Supabase Firebase AWS Cloudflare Vercel Headless CMS platforms Mandatory Case Study Requirement To be considered you must submit at least 2 relevant case studies Each case study must include Organization type Project scope your specific role Technologies used Accessibility considerations Measurable results Live URL screenshots if allowed Applications without case studies will not be reviewed For Agencies Please Also Include Team size Primary delivery model Who would be the primary technical point of contact Engagement Details Type Contract Subcontract Location Remote Communication Async-friendly strong written communication required Potential for long-term partnership How to Apply Please include Short introduction Whether you are a freelancer agency Links to 2+ required case studies Primary tech stack Availability capacity Contract duration of more than 6 months with hours per week Mandatory skills WordPress Web Development Web Design Craft CMS Drupal
