Responsibilities:


  • Process customer orders and payments, including walkin customers.
  • Maintain and improve customer service by developing customer relationships and staying in contact with customers to ensure the flow of communication.
  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding shipping costs and delivery times where necessary.
  • Prepare customer orders for delivery, shipping or collection.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts as directed by his/her supervisor.
  • Loading and unloading products into and from trucks using forklift or hand carts.
  • Keep warehouse area clean and tidy, product properly located and identified, aisles clean and free of clutter.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and outreach projects and programs.
  • Assist with timely handling and resolution of customer product complaints, including changes to purchase orders, and obtaining serial numbers and other relevant information.
  • Gain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the ERP system, specifically gaining knowledge on the various modules of the system and how they interact.
  • Provide backup coverage for other members of the Mississauga team in accordance with guidelines established by the Company to ensure that customer inquiries and orders are fulfilled during PTO, business travel, other absences and emergencies.

Education and Work Experience:


  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Work experience should include a minimum of two (2) years in a B2B sales or sales support role, preferably in a related industry.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Requirements include excellent sales skills and techniques, oral and written communication skills, typing and computer software skills.
  • Exhibits a high level of integrity, mutual respect, and employee teamwork at all times.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to meeting or exceeding company expectations, goals and objectives.
  • Experience with computers and ERP systems.
  • Must have strong
    attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future sales and decision making.
