We currently have an opportunity for
Full-Time Production / Relief Team Lead personnel to join our team.

Relief Team Leads are fully trained Team Leads who work in both Team Lead and Production roles. Team Leading will take priority over production when scheduling. Relief Team Leads will provide coverage for scheduled and unscheduled absences.

Position Description:

The relief team lead provides leadership, direction, coaching, and training to production personnel.

They are responsible and accountable for performance standards and ensure company policy, procedures, and duties are followed and maintained at all times.

Team leads are role models for performance excellence. When not performing the Team Lead role, this position will complete production line duties in our various production areas.

Team Lead Responsibilities & Duties:

The direction of department staff and assignment of duties, training of procedures, processes, and policy
Planning and organization of operating functions and responsibilities
Coordination of tasks, priorities, and responsibilities
Effectively communicating with other departments in order to ensure we achieve organizational results
Various team lead and operating functions as they relate to the effective operation of the department
Working with operating and manufacturing equipment, making adjustments and troubleshooting
Adherence to procedures, sanitation & quality compliance, safety practices, and policy and holding others accountable for the same

Position Requirements:

Ability to work independently, well organized, effective judgment, strong organizational skills, and ability to

multi-task

Leads the workforce by setting high standards for safety, punctuality, attendance, enthusiasm, work ethic, and

personal effort

Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated leadership
Ability to make change quickly and respond to unplanned situations

Schedule:
We currently have openings on our B shift and C shift.

B
shift requires individuals to be available to start between the hours of 9:00am to 9:45pm and finish between 5:30pm to 6:00am.

C shift requires individuals to be available to start between the hours of 5:00pm to 10:00pm and finish between 1:30pm to 6:30am.
Must be able to work full-time hours (5 days per week), scheduled between Monday to Saturday each week.

Pay rates:
While performing Team Lead role, probationary rate is $24.21 and full rate is $26.90.

While performing Production role, probationary rate is $18.83 and full rate is $20.92.**This position also provides comprehensive benefits package and RRSP contributions after probation is complete.
