Brief summary of the role In-Home Sales/Design Consultant is responsible to meet with clients, inspect the spaces that they want to redesign or decorate, go over samples, and come up with suggestions that complement their personal style or the brand's aesthetic.

Responsibilities and Duties will include but not limited to:

Complete 10 sales consultations per week either in the customers home or at a company showroom.
Educate customers thoroughly about products, template/installation process, product care, and warranty information.
Assist customers in the selecting of product/colour/material.
Take measurements and provide accurate, prompt estimate to homeowner.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating activities with other departments as necessary; escalating complaints to supervisor as required
Communicate with the support team to ensure smooth transition from order placement to product installation
Must be able to lift 2030 lbs
Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or the hospitality industry is ideal
12 years Sales or direct Kitchen & Bath sales experience an asset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office products and ability to learn other software programs
Able to approach situations with a friendly and professional demeanor
Must possess a valid Driver's License and clear criminal record check
Availability including evenings and Saturdays
Able to follow a structured sales process
