OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW:

At Invafresh, our people are our most important asset. We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify present and future hiring needs.

This person will have knowledge, understanding, and experience of the entire recruitment process and all the aspects that are a part of it.

THE ROLE:

This is a 12 month contract position reporting to the CHRO

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for ensuring our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

Handle the full cycle recruitment process
Develop/update job descriptions and job specifications
Collaborate with department managers to understand and compile a list of job requirements.
Work with the team to implement the overall recruiting strategy
Post job descriptions to appropriate job boards, ATS, colleges, etc.
Promote the company's employer brand
Follow up on interview process statuses and update records in internal database
Provide analytical and well documented recruitment reports for the rest of the team and department managers

ABOUT YOU:

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of agency or internal corporate recruitment experience in Software Development, preferably with a SaaS specialization.
Extensive experience with endtoend recruitment activities and service delivery across the organization (hiring requirements, reporting, sourcing, assessment, onboarding etc.)
Exceptional direct sourcing experience through Social Media Platforms such as LinkedIn
A bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is an asset
Experience conducting different types of interviews (structured, competencybased, stress, etc.)
Experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, etc.)
Familiarity with job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems, databases, and management systems
The ability to develop, design and implement recruiting strategies.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
