OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW:

At Invafresh, our people are our most important asset. We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify present and future hiring needs.

This person will have knowledge, understanding, and experience of the entire recruitment process and all the aspects that are a part of it.

THE ROLE:

This is a 12 month contract position reporting to the CHRO


The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for ensuring our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.


As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Handle the full cycle recruitment process
  • Develop/update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand and compile a list of job requirements.
  • Work with the team to implement the overall recruiting strategy
  • Post job descriptions to appropriate job boards, ATS, colleges, etc.
  • Promote the company's employer brand
  • Follow up on interview process statuses and update records in internal database
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruitment reports for the rest of the team and department managers

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 3+ years of agency or internal corporate recruitment experience in Software Development, preferably with a SaaS specialization.
  • Extensive experience with endtoend recruitment activities and service delivery across the organization (hiring requirements, reporting, sourcing, assessment, onboarding etc.)
  • Exceptional direct sourcing experience through Social Media Platforms such as LinkedIn
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is an asset
  • Experience conducting different types of interviews (structured, competencybased, stress, etc.)
  • Experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, etc.)
  • Familiarity with job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems, databases, and management systems
  • The ability to develop, design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
