Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Flat Roofer to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing roofing systems on various commercial and industrial buildings.

About the Role

1. Install, repair or replace roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel
2. Install, repair or replace single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions
3. Install, repair or replace shingles, shakes and other roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings
4. Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
5. Utilize tools such as nail guns and other air-compressor tools
6. Adhere to safety protocols while navigating the jobs sites
7. Handle heavy materials, including nail boxes, shingle bundles, etc. in a safe and efficient manner
8. Set up scaffolding to provide safe access to roofs

Requirements

1. Completion of High School
2. At least 2 years of experience with Flat Roofing installation is required
3. Ability to handle and lift heavy loads
4. Steel-toed boots, hard hat, safety goggles, gloves, tools
